Many times, Western Sales has been with the manufacturer almost since its introduction into the United Sates, including both GROHE and TOTO. Western Sales Company business practices emphasize a collaborative effort between technical customer service, unique customer programs, and innovative business tools. For example, we provide local technical support for all of our product lines, including project-site visits and stocked warranty parts.
